A big change at the farm this week.  We are delighted to welcome our new barn manager, Ms. Sally Lloy.  Sally is a graduate of the Equine Program at Kemptville College, and has worked for a number of years in other equestrian establishments.
We also heard from Louisa Sorflaten that she and Waverly, her Hannoverian mare, will be joining us for the Fall and Winter when she returns to school at Carleton University - welcome home, Louisa!
I do have one place available for a horse in training, or one that you would like to sell - give me a call at the barn or send me an email if you are interested.
I will be giving a clinic at Phantom Farms in Ottawa later this month - please contact Phantom Farms for more information if you wish to audit.
Max and I are currently standing 2nd (tied with Gina and Fledermaus) in the World Cup Canadian League!  We'll be looking to improve our standing at the CDI/W Blainville in September (running concurrently with the CNDC) and at the CDI/W Halifax, Mass and Devon, PA with an all new GP Freestyle.

Ok, so it's been a while since I updated the page, but, hey!, I've been busy! We have shown at Windedge, The National Capital Equestrian Park and Palgrave again since I last wrote.  Max has been his usual self, and highlights included a really nice Special at Windedge, and a good go in the Short GP at Palgrave, with WC points to count from theFreestyle.  Bear just keeps getting better and better, and got some great scores at the NCEP show in both the PSG and the Inter 1, and then ended up doing the CDI small tour at Palgrave, with respectable showings.
Kate and Amaanda had some good rides at Windedge and NCEP too, and Kate now has enough scores to do the Nationals at Basic IV with Fairy.
Kate and Christel took Plato to his first ever show last weekend, and received a 75% in the Basic I class, and, most importantly, made it there and back safely and without any problems.
Shannon and "Kees" have been back to stay with us until they are ready to leave for the Games in Winnipeg - it's been wonderful having Shannon around, and we've had lots of fun playing with freestyle music and generally riding lots and sharing our experiences.
Congratulations to Linda Shaw on her purchase of "Lord".
